TabSite would like to announce its newest feature to help customize your Facebook Fan Page. We've dubbed it "PhotoShow" and it is a great way to showcase photos of your products, services, trade shows, fun at the office... whatever you want!

It works by adding a Main- or Sub-Level "PhotoShow" Tab to your TabSite, adding photos and publishing it to your Facebook Fan Page. Your Facebook Fans will be able to scroll through your photos directly on the "PhotoShow" Tab you just created using TabSite.

In your TabSite Manager, click on the green + button to add a new Main Level Tab. Or if you would like to add your "PhotoShow" as a Sub-Level Tab, just like on the Tab you want to add it to, then click on the green + on the right.

A pop-up will appear asking you the Type of Tab that you would like to create via a drop-down box. Choose "PhotoShow" and then name your Tab.

There is a max of 12 images per "PhotoShow" and is offered to those signed up for TabSite's Silver or Gold Package. So upgrade your Tabsite today and give "PhotoShow" a shot to increase the originality of your Facebook Fan Page!

take this time to familiarize you with different levels of TabSite packages.

Every TabSite includes a Main Level Tab to add to your Facebook Fan Page, but it is our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages (formerly Basic, Standard and Pro) that allow you to give your Facebook Tab a CUSTOM NAME!

Facebook has acknowledged a bug that is causing Apps such as Facebook TabSite to not work correctly in some cases when users attempt to customize the Tab on their Fan Page or Personal Profile.

The issue impacts users who want to customize or change the name of their Tab in TabSite.

Users who enter their custom Tab name see this box in the TabSite manager which is normal:

However, users will then get an error message similar to this with the name of their custom tab in it when clicking the "Click Here" link:

Facebook is reporting that they will have this bug in their system fixed within 2-3 days of the date of this post.  Note that this is NOT an issue with TabSite programming, but is a bug within Facebook. 

The TabSite team will alert you when this issue has been resolved by Facebook.  Be sure to "Like" our TabSite Fan Page and/or App page to ensure you get the quickest updates.

New Feature roll-out -- Customize your Tab Name with Facebook TabSite!

The Facebook TabSite team announces the ability to customize your Fan Page Tab name.  No longer are you limited to the default name, "TabSite," as your tab's name.  All current customers that have an existing, paid Basic, Standard or Pro TabSite package can now click "Customize Your Tab Name" in the TabSite manager to rename your tab!

Naming your tab will come standard with all new Basic, Standard or Pro packages.

As well, Free Personal Profile TabSites can choose from "Welcome" or "TabSIte" as their tab name.

And the best news.....once you choose a name it is not locked in!  You can now easily change your Facebook TabSite name at anytime to update it for your needs!
